'We found Polish Home Renovations on the internet as a recommended local firm and asked Paul to come along to give us a quote for renovating a bathroom and shower room, renewing our kitchen worktops and tiling above them. Paul supplied us with a full estimate of the cost of the work, advised us when his team would be available, and gave us some advice about how the fitments for the en-suite bathroom could best be sited. We ordered our fitments and tiles, and let Paul know when they had arrived. He gave us a date for the start of the work and how many days it would take. We were keen to have the work finished before the start of the Christmas holidays. His workmen turned up on time, on the stated date, and started work right away. If we or they had a question about something and were unsure about how to proceed, they were able to contact Paul on the mobile straightaway to assist. The team worked very hard and were not afraid of long hours. They were extremely respectful of us, our privacy and our property. As a result, we had no problem leaving them keys for the times we were not at home. They hired a skip and disposed of all the rubbish from the site properly and cleaned up after themselves every day. As a result, Paul's team completed the work on time, and to a very high standard. We got the results we wanted at a sensible price and on time, which meant that we and our visitors could enjoy a relaxing Christmas holiday.
