Get all appropriate paperwork for your house extension
Inevitably, you will need a planning permission and building warrant from your Council and therefore you will need to obtain appropriate drawings from your architect. Builders don't like incomplete drawings so do your best to provide them with architects drawings along with structural engineers specifications. If you manage to do this, your quotes will arrive more quickly and will be more accurate.
How we work - building an extension process
First stage of building an extension
The extension work we underatake is architect based. We start with complete set of drawings, visit the site and discuss your expectations and ideas with you. The quote for the work you require we usually provide in 10 working days, provided that paperwork passed on by you is complete. In the quote you will find all the work broken into categories, i.e. builderwork, decorations, electrical work etc. If you decide to go ahead with us we will obviously set the date convenient for both parties and get to work on the date agreed. If you do not have architect's drawings, we can recommend an architect to prepare them for you.
Managing house extension project
As we provide all trades and are the contractor, entire project is managed by Polish Home Renovations. You don't need to get involved as all will be sorted out by us with cooperation with your architect. You can virtually put your legs up and relax while waiting on completion of your extension.
